This website, helenetstelian.com, preserves courses, interviews, videos, worksheets, and other resources created by Hélène T. Stelian during her previous work as a midlife coach.

Hélène no longer offers coaching services. She is now a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Illinois and provides psychotherapy through Skylight Counseling Center.

This website is maintained separately from Hélène’s psychotherapy practice.
